v0.10 Update Notes

Smaller update today, mostly focused on back-end functionality and preparing to add things in the future!  Did add one minor/major thing though:

1) Resolution and windowed settings are now in the game!  The options are available in the settings menu to allow you to change them as desired without having to mess around with .ini files... is what I would say if the settings worked properly.  While the options ARE present, the resolution settings are still at best half-functional, so be warned when changing them.  Additionally, the automatic resolution/window adjustments are not perfect, so it's recommended that you change the default value in the ini files for "res_custom" to 1 so it does the simple squash to fit on your screen.

Known issues:
1) As above, resolution settings are half-baked and still not working quite right.  Changing the "res_custom" setting to 1 in the .ini file will hopefully alleviate most of those issues.  The .ini file is located at Users > [username] > AppData > Local > BlockBall or %localappdata%\BlockBall in Run.
