v0.13 Update Notes

Hooray!  Another (very minor and only impressive to me) update has arrived to you BlockBallers, with an expanded settings menu that has PAGES and, like, better-looking buttons and stuff.  It's cool, I promise.  There's also an "advanced options" menu page that is currently inaccessible, due to it being effectively a useless page (none of the settings are set up to actually do anything).  That can be fixed in the future, but it's a very low priority as some of those settings are also redundant and/or might be moved elsewhere in the future.

1) The settings menu has been rebuilt to be more expandable in the future.  While on the surface there isn't much to look at, behind the scenes the entire way the settings are accessed and stored is completely different and much more efficient in terms of accessing the information on the backend.  Adding more settings in the future will also be significantly easier.

Known Issues:
1) Entering fullscreen mode in the settings causes the game to remain borderless, and also strangely offsets the inputs.  Restarting the game fixes this issue.  Haven't noticed any issues as of yet regarding borderless windowed mode, apart from not reverting to a bordered window when changing back.
