v0.03 Update Notes

The new update for BlockBall is out, with the following fancy-ish features!

1) Menus!  Specifically a single, main menu.  Supports both mouse control and keyboard (up/down to move and Enter to select for keyboard).

2) Credits!  Now with terrible eye-searing fonts on mismatching backgrounds!

3) Non-functional Settings!  To be added later.

4) Exit buttons!  You can leave a currently active game by pressing Escape (if you're losing), and you can close the game entirely on the main menu.

The process can be watched live on Twitch or on Youtube in vod form.
